الحذف من داخل التطبيق
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً بنفسك في أي وقت، دون مراسلتنا:
الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب نهائياً ← اكتب DELETE للتأكيد
يتم الحذف فوراً وبشكل نهائي، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
طلب الحذف بدون التطبيق
إن لم تعد تملك التطبيق أو لم تستطع تسجيل الدخول، أرسل لنا رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في حسابك واكتب "حذف الحساب" في العنوان، وسنتولى الحذف نيابةً عنك.

ما الذي يُحذف
يُحذف كل ما يخص حسابك، فوراً ونهائياً:
- بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك واسم المستخدم وصورتك الشخصية
- رصيد العملات ونقاط الخبرة والمستوى والسلاسل اليومية
- الفئات المفتوحة وحالة الاشتراك
- قائمة الأصدقاء والطلبات والدعوات
- سجلات المباريات وبيانات تسجيل الدخول
لا يبقى لدينا أي بيان يمكن ربطه بك بعد الحذف. الاستثناء الوحيد هو سجلات الشراء التي تحتفظ بها Apple وGoogle في متجريهما — نحن لا نملكها ولا نستطيع حذفها، ويمكنك مراجعتهما مباشرةً بشأنها.
Delete your Tahaddani account
In the app: Profile → Delete account permanently → type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app: email tahaddani.app@gmail.com from the address registered to your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We acknowledge within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted: your email address, name, username and profile photo; your coin balance, XP, level and daily streaks; unlocked categories and subscription state; friends, friend requests and game invites; match records and sign-in data. Nothing that can be linked back to you is retained.
What we cannot delete: purchase records held by Apple and Google in their own stores. Those belong to the stores, not to us — contact them directly about those.
